To enter the competition, you must submit a  theme concept:

1) The design must be created in Photoshop, Fireworks or Illustrator format.
2) The design must include celebuzz topbar and google adsense (size 728×90px or 300×250px)
3) The website container must have a width of between 940 and 980 pixels, catering for the average 1024 X 768 user.
4) Entries must be submitted before midnight on 31st December 2008.
5) Your submission must include your name and any URL you would like linked to in case you win.
The winner will be chosen according to the amount of positive comments it receives.
